        Customer service not that great.

        It has definitely gone down hill.

        I recommend the Cupertino store.

        We buy all of our spa equipment from Hot Springs Spas in Santa Cruz. They are the best local source for spa maintenance information and supplies.

        HotSpring in Santa Cruz Has It All

        I have owned a spa in Santa Cruz, California for three years. Luckily, I have also been using Hot Spring for my chemical supplies during this time. They have a great selection of products available at competitive prices. Better yet, their staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The bottom line is they are a tremendous resource for pool and spa owners in Santa Cruz and San Jose.
