        Would give 0 stars if I could. As their new neighbor I recently called just asking to be shown how to light a pilot light which would take less then a minute of their time. Upon arrival was a random guy who said he was licensed and said he worked for ac Dave and was here because dave was stuck in traffic. The guy comes in lights it, smoke alarms are going off then starts messing with other things I didn't authorize him to touch. He then told me that the furnace was clogged with leaves and it was 400$ to have the fire box and vent pipe cleaned so he left. We then had another company come out and as the guy took one look at the furnace he said it was rusted and very unsafe to even light and replaced it. Thank god for this second company coming out because there was a fried dead squirrel stuffed in the vent pipe not leaves. Ac Daves worker left a terrible stench in my home then stuck me with a ridiculous 100$ bill for some Joe smo to come over and light a pilot light. I will be contacting someone to see if that Joe was even licensed...Would never call this company again unless you want a nasty outrageous bill. Contacting the BBB
