Spots

She is a 6 year old "Heinz 57" type dog. She loves it at Spots. She reacts very positively to all the employees with whom I have had interaction. She is always clean, happy and healthy when I pick her up. I leave her when I go out of town so she spends serial days there. She has been placed in other "kennels" where she did not fare well, and in fact had personality changes when I brought her home. All of this disappeard when I started taking her to Spots.... Glad they are around.

This place has the worst employees and management Carl is the maneger of this place and he does not know between one breed of dog to another he is joke .This place is run by inexperience people starting with manager and employees are only college punks that dont know how to take care of a dog .They have let dogs died .They have lost the dogs also while being transported to another place .Employees abuse the dogs they kick them they have choke them ect....................The place should be close down for ever .If you have a daughter or a son that wants have them in a daycare to take care of them you wouldnt want them to be abuse so please dont take your love ones the this place .Because your pets are your love ones .

Rock is 9 years old and has been going to SPOTS since he was 6 months old. He goes to SPOTS Monday thru Friday, just like I go to work. I seriously researched facilities before electing one because Rock is my little boy, I consider SPOTS his Daycare Facility; like any responsible parent I take the time to get to know the new employees and when SPOTS remodeled the Hedding location I checked out DeLaCruz location prior to Rock being moved and I was there on the day he was taken over to make sure the transition for him was smooth, (ok so I am an over protective Mom - he is my only child).

Rock has now been at SPOTS for approx 8 years and 5 months; he is a well adjusted, happy dog. Yes, he has had a couple of little scrapes, but that happens at any daycare - he has come home with someone else's cold, just like any other daycare. But he is well adjusted, he loves going to SPOTS, he loves Dusty, Carl, Dan and all the others that take care of him and love him because he knows that they are there for him -- and that is why I take him back there every day, Monday thru Friday (and there have been times overnite), I know they will take care of him like he is their own and keep him safe.

SPOTS is his second home. I recommend SPOTS to everyone I know. If you go to the Hedding location which is where the small pets are, say hi to Rock.
