I didn't actaully buy a pool table, or get any pool table service from them. I call them and whoever answer the phone was the most helpful person ever. I bought a used table off Craigslist and some how was able to dismantle it and bring it back to my house. I was stuck on how to reassemble it back together. I call around to a few billiard pool table stores to see if they can help me. All of them pretty much quoted me a price for them to come out here to assemble it for me.



When I called Billiard Wholesale, the guy on the phone was very helpful. I told my situation and he spent a good 20 mins on the phone explaining in detail to me oh how to assemble the pool table. He even told me to call back if I had any other questions or if I get stuck. I did get stuck and when I called back, he laughed and was very kind and explain to me again of what I did wrong, and how to fix it.



Overall this was the best customer service I ever got from anywhere. And I didn't even buy anything from them or even go into their store. I think they deserve a positive review for their great customer service. Even though I guess you wouldn't consider me a customer technically. But in the future if I ever need any pool table accessories, I would definately shop here.

I recently bought a pool table from Billiard Wholesale in San Jose and I thought I got a great price. I placed the order over the phone and did not go into the store to look at the pool tables first. I was very suprise at the quality of the pool tables. My ex-husband has a very expensive Brunswick pool table, and I jgot to say the quality if pretty much the same as this Brunswick pool table. Of coarse I paid only about a quater of the price.



They were also very accomadating of the delivering schedule. I have a very busy schedule and only had Sundays open for delivery. They normally only delivery Monday through Saturday. They made an exception for me and did my delivery on a Sunday for me :-) The delivery crew was very professional, friendly and courteous.

They had a similar model I was looking for about 40% less then what I saw at other stores. They had it in stock and installed it for me within the week. It was fast, easy, and save me lots of money.

Pretty nice place and their showroom is very clean. The guy was nice and offered excellent information. The tables are beautiful and the install was well done as well. I've looked around and this is the best quality with the best price in the Bay area that I found. Recommending to my friends and family when they ask about my table.

I felt I got a great buy going with this company. I love my new pool table and their pricing is exellent! Very honest and straight foward salesman, told me everything I needed to know about pool tables over the phone before I headed in.

They have excellent customer service! I saved over $1200 on the pool table that I saw at another pool table retailer.
