        worst experience ever - stay away from them!

        They have the ***RUDEST*** and the most ***UNPROFESSIONAL*** and ***IGNORANT*** personnel I've ever dealt with including the receptionists and even the technicians !



        I was trying to get some outside noise reduction in my house by getting thicker windows.

        On the phone the lady said that it should be no problem to replace just the glass as long as the windows are dual pane (as long as the windows are either aluminum or vynil), the guy (technician or someone posing like one) came a few days later, being late and said - no way, you have to replace the whole window to get a thicker glass and that they'll provide me with an estimate next day b/c he's working on glass replacement, not new windows. Two days passed, I called them up and was told that my order was cancelled b/c "according to the paperwork" I called the technician on the phone and cancelled the order (which I certainly didn't). The lady also mentioned that what technician did tell he could not have possibly said b/c again as she told me initially as long as the windows are dual pane and either vynil or aluminum you actually *CAN* and should replace just the glass. I asked let's clarify this with a technician - let's have a conf. call with him, she said - no, if I want I can call him directly, she won't be able to help me with that. After that I said I'm done with you guys.
