        Since Sandpiper Property Management took over the rental property that I have been living in for 14 months, they have taken care of every single issue promptly and thoroughly. Justin Egerer, the owner of Sandpiper has been nothing short of amazing as far as taking a personal approach to helping me and my family avoiding legal action with the homeowner. He has helped me with advice far beyond what paying an attorney has given me. Justin works for both the homeowner and tenant equally to avoid going the route of the legal system. I am extremely happy with Sandpiper Property Management as a renter and would highly recommend any homeowner using the company to manage their property.
