        rude

        Absolutely the rudest young lady I have ever met sitting behind the reception desk. Small bathrooms, Rooms have odor,way over priced for what you get. They required a large cash deposit for Incidentals. (for what? they have no amenities). Receptionist threatened to charge my credit card if I decided to take my business somewhere else.
