The owner of the business has major temper/ bipolar issues. He is very rude to his staff. He acts as if he is working for free and is taken advantage of. In fact, he charges too much and his quality is poor. There is no customer satisfaction once the work is done.

They way better than my other guy I fired, they do what they say they will do and have been really good to work with.
