        Let me introduce myself to you. I have lived in Utah all my life. I love it here! I love the mountains, lakes, and the four seasons. I love Southern Utah as well and all it's beauty. I have been married for 24 years to my beautiful wife, we have 4 (not always the best) kids, but I love them! My wife and I are avid cyclists and have ridden our bikes all over in competitions, and recreation. I love Utah and the people here.         Overall

        I worked with Ted purchasing a bank owned home in Bountiful. At the time he had buyers in place ahead of us, but assured us that he would contact us if anything changed. Things changed. He got right to us and made sure we had our ducks in a row while he negotiated a competitive price with the bank. Through his efforts we ended up with an incredible price on our home, the bank was happy, and Ted got a sale. Win, win, win. I have already referred family members to him since then and he's been a great resource.
