Cascade Crest Apartments

Nice place to rent, but the management changes too much. The owners of the property are very tight with their money. They use to do an excellent job with maintenance, etc...but that has changed over the years. The place is slowly going downhill and is not as nice as it use to be. Mostly because they rent to anyone, they are not as selective as they use to be.
