Absolutely the WORST managment I have ever seen in a chain.After complaining about my shoes being stuck to the floor in the restroom (spilled soda) and pieces of toilet paper STUCK to the lid of the toilet bowl,the manager instead of being sympathetic and understanding,turned it around on me and my fiance asking where he works,if he lives locally,and a few other personal questions that didnt pertain to the complaints,being very rudeThe cups were filthy,my fiance got a newer cup after complaining, but the manager was very cold,and .I would NOT recomend going to this branch,even tho its new new,its very VERY dirty,and the staff is about equal to the bathroom stall I lost my sandal in. If I could make this a negitive rating..It would be.
