Legacy Estate Sales of Arizona

We hired Arizona Legacy Estate Sales to handle my mother's estate sale. They promptly arrived for the scheduled assessment and arrived on setup day to organize and price her sale. Our mother, who lives close by and has alzheimers, showed up towards the end of their day and had forgotten that a sale was going to occur. She became very troubled and then mean to everyone that was there working. The owners of Legacy then called me and my brother to explain what was going on. Rather than being very upset about the situation, Legacy handled this uncomfortable matter with dignity and professionalism. They were kind to my mother and tried to help her understand. She kept removing items from the sale and they stood by and let her, knowing that she just did not understand. We ended up canceling the sale and Arizona Legacy Estate Sales were kind and understanding. Down the road, if we must do this again, I would not hesitate to contact them. And while I do not know what the sale outcome would have been, I do know that the situation they dealt with, with my mother was much more difficult than any sale could ever be. I would highly recommend this company due to their compassion, professionalism and patience.

My husband and I were moving and we wanted a fresh start so we contacted several estate sale companies. Tracy at AZ Legacy Estates was the nicest and not 'in your face' when we spoke. We decided to have her sell all of our household items. I was hesitant that this would be an oversized garage sale...boy, was I wrong!! Tracy and her crew are AMAZING! They staged, priced and sold a large portion of our stuff. When it was over her crew cleaned and took everything we didn't want to keep to donation! This was the easiest process I have ever experienced. Tracy and her crew are friendly, experienced and very professional. Afterwards, my neighbors told me Tracy was great with the customers and very helpful. I highly recommend Tracy and AZ Legacy Estate Sales!

Hired Arizona Legacy Estate Sales to handle my parents estate sale in Paradise Valley, Az. It was simply a pleasure working with this group. I reside in another state and only had a 2 week window to get this job done. They were organized, fast, professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the thoroughness of their setup and loved the fact that they have an automated checkout and tracking system. I was given a complete accounting following the sale and paid within 5 days. I would recommend.

Tracy of Arizona Legacy Estate Sales is great at 2 things: staging the merchandise before the sale to maximize sales and making promises she never keeps. I had an estate sale 3/13/17 with lots of fine furniture and collectibles. I didn't get paid from the sale until 4/21. Tracy took 4 large cabinets and some of the collectibles to sell in other estates. I didn't get the funds for that until 11/28. Lot's of promises, excuses, weird explanations. There is absolutely no way to know if the sale receipts she reports are accurate. She uses a cash register, but not to record sales - just for appearance and in case a buyer wants a receipt. But even then not all sales go through the register - some get receipts from a note pad, some pay by credit card, some pay to others in the garage. There is absolutely no way to know how much money was actually collected. And the whole experience makes me seriously doubt she was honest with me. I cannot recommend her to anyone expecting a professional estate sale with accountability and responsibility. Only promise she kept was start date of the sale!

From the thorough explanation of what to expect from their services to the display of our household items (it was a big downsizing event) to the expert pricing, sales results and clean up, they far exceeded our expectations.
