I called to ask about the price of a specific brand of rolling papers. Whoever answered the phone told me they couldn't tell me the price as per state law. When I told him it wasn't a state law; he replied "F@#k you" & hung up on me. I'll go out of my way to avoid this place.

This is by far the worse place I've ever been to!! I bought a pen from this place and it quit working 4 days later..When I went in and asked if they would replace it,she said it was my fault and I broke it so they will not replace it..Her name is Jackie,older lady,barely speaks English..I would not suggest going here!! There are much better people to do business with..this place is only getting a star because I have to give it one

This is one of the worst experinces I have had with any retailer. I purchased 3 electronic cigarettes. One pretty much stopped working after a few days. I went into the store and spoke with one of the personel. I was told that they would not have the inventory to replace it for a few days and to hold onto it and once they recieved their shipment they would replace it. I returned to the store twice and was told that one of the owner needed to be present for the exchange. I sent my son in today and the owner now says I can not return it. I called to speak with him and was told he was too busy and I would have to come in to the store if I wanted to talk to him. I drove down to an empty store. He was very rude. DO NOT PURCHASE from this store. I should have heeded the warning from other reviews but instead I decided to take my chances as it was close. Don't make the same mistake I did. Drive to Mesa, Chandler, or Gilbert.

Staff is rude and has trouble speaking English....dont ever ask a question over the phone they will hang up on you
