        Extension Nightmare!!!!!

        VERY IMPORTANT*******Please Read. Utopia is NOT licensed to do hair extensions. Please think twice before you have them do your extension. They did myextension, and as a result, it is completely DAMAGED. They we're not willing to refund my money or be PROFESSIONAL about it. I had to pay approximately $800.00 to have a PROFESSIONAL fix it. I do NOT want anyone else to experience the nightmare I went through so I'm hoping to get the word out.
