Overall

A day and a half no word on my car. All I wanted was a diagnosis and an oil change. Seems like you go to the back burner if your not buying a car. I drove by several times and my car never moved the first day. Avoid if you can. I have bought 2 cars from them. I do auto detailing and customizing and they talk to me like I know nothing about cars. Much less my personal car.

These guys are crooks. They took advantage of me. They sold me a truck with a "8 speed" transmission then when i get back home 1000 miles away I find out it wasn't an 8 speed it was a 6 speed. I also called them to cancel my "state required gap insurance" and they never returned my calls until i contacted the general manager. There is no state requirement for gap insurance as i was lied to and led to believe. I was at this dealership for 7 hours to get this vehicle. I was happy with my purchase till all the truth came out. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership and would not suggest them to another person. Look else were for your vehicle needs. Finally I do know it is state law to have window stickers in a vehicle. There was none in my truck which is how they scammed me. I called the dealership requesting they make this right. They refuse. So I will seek legal recourse through the BBB and my attorney. Lastly, they convinced me and begged me to give them good reviews on the survey call i would receive, which i did before i realized all the crooked garbage they pulled. I have since called the survey company and am trying to adjust that accordingly.

San Marcos Auto Outlet bought a frame damaged vehicle at auction and turned around and sold it at full value.Before purchase dealer was specifically asked about vehicle history including frame damage but this designation was not disclosed.



When confronted GM admitted that dealership was aware of the damage and made an offer to settle the situation. I accepted but then the GM changed the terms of the settlement and refuses to honor his initial settlement offer.



GM then went on to state that they can't know every little thing about their cars but in this case they knew about this issue the minute they signed the paperwork when they bought it at auction.



This is an extremely untrustworthy dealership and I would recommend going elsewhere.

I am sorry for the delay. I have spoken with Greg at Texas 46 Collision Center. They will take a 3rd party check from us as long as it is a company check. I have already arranged and written the form for our business office and they are drafting it as we speak. Per my General Managers request I have spoken with our legal department about the matter. We will need you to come pick up the check from our dealership and in return sign a confidentiality agreement. If it is not signed and upheld we will not disperse the check for the truck repairs. Please let me know at your earliest convenience when you would like to come in to sign the form and receive your check. Have a wonderful day.

Since seeing recent statements that you have posted on our Yelp account our general manager has requested that you sign a document stating that you will cease and desist any and all statements, written or otherwise, on any type of forum in regards to our dealership. Since we have gone to great lengths to try to repair the situation we feel that we need to protect our reputation as a business. Then unfortunately we will not be able to cut a check for the reapir costs of the vehicle. This is required by our dealership if you would like the $1,549.38 to repair the vehicle. This is the worst Dealership ...

This is the worst Dealership you could ever go to. They are misleading do not follow

up and just plain dishonest. If you ever go there do not get involved with female Chris

Miller she is as dishonest as they come. They sent us an Urgent notification on how

they wanted our trade at 100 percent of original msrp. Well after making two trips there

and being mislead by her we are still waiting for a phone call that was two week ago.

The sad part is I had purchased two dodge challengers from this dealership two years

ago never again If I had a chance to write a comment and give them a negative star

I would . I speak from purchasing over 42 vehicles in my lifetime these guys are the worst. Thank Chris Miller for your lack of follow through and dishonesty you now will sew what you reap.
