        Overall

        The store is clean and the people who work there are pleasant . I was extremely impressed with the children's book area-- orderly and most in great condition.

        The staff are honest and go beyond the call of duty. I lost an earring over a month ago and the manager mailed it to me after one of her staff found it! Wonderful !
