Awful. I wish I could rate 0 stars. I wish we had a choice in water companies. This one is terrible! And so is the water they provide. It is expensive and the ridiculous fees they charge are outrageous and unfair. This place is extremely rude to its customers!

Expensive. Rude. Poor service. Horrible water. Their attitude will make you want to move away they are such jerks.

Their staff are unhelpful and make customers go to great lengths for paperwork and for opening accounts. They provide no ability to pay the water bill through an automated voice system, after hours or on weekends and act as though driving 20 miles round trip for paperwork isn't too much to ask of customers. They upped their late payment fee to $20. Their base rate is $47. Then there's the water charge. Their meters are exceptionally expensive and they charge $100 plus, to turn on water again if someone is late on their bill. But, their billing and notice system is bad, so sometimes people don't get notice, or get the wrong bill. We were charged several hunderd dollars for a leak they claimed we'd had - as a PENALTY!!! Turns out, there was no leak. They send us boil water notices, when our water isn't the water that's affected. Their recordkeeping, customer service, notifications, payment options and competence for running a businss are subpar.

This is by far the WORST water company I have every had. If I don't use a drop of water I am still charged over $40. The quality of water is horrible. ALL of my cold water lines are clogged because they do not clean the water before the send it to your house. I have water lines full of sediment, sand, lime and other unidentifiable substances. I am expected to use and drink this stuff. I wish I could figure out how to sue this company and put them out of business. It is un-American to think that we let a crappy company like this exist.
