My office is in Carlsbad and I've been driving all the way to San Marcos for the past few years to take care of my computers. The other day my wife took her broken HP laptop (she had bought it at a sale at *B**b****) back to that electronic store. Of course it had just run out of warranty, and was diagnosed with a bad motherboard. Replacing it would have been more than a new one... I called Jim, and he was able to replace it for much less! I'm very happy with J and B.

I have been going to J&B for over 10 years. I am not a computer expert, and I need honest help when I have an issue. Each time they exceeded my expectations and provided fast and friendly help. It is great to have them in the neighborhood and I would not hesitate to send anyone I know to them if they have any computer/memory/data issues.‎

i took my computer in for repair, they installed a refurbished board and never told me that it was used and i still have the same problem watch out these guys will install used parts that he buys from ebay and never tell you
