        on 3\1\2016 don't know who the carrier was approx. 5:15 pm was very rude and didn't want to do her job if she is hating life then she should quit her job

        poor customer service

        I was just at the East 14th Branch and was treated rudely by the supervisor. The sign at the door indicated that the office was open until 6 p.m. I was in the lobby at 5:04 p.m. and was refused service. They either have to change the sign and post a different operating hours or give service to people. I knocked at the side service door. It opened only to get it shut in my face without an explanation or to give instruction.
