As an EA at a big legal firm, I have to be on my toes when it comes to lining up the catering. Once I found Miraglia Catering, my problems were over. No more late deliveries. No more billing mistakes. No more cold food that?s supposed to be hot. Miraglia gets everything right, every time. I recommend the mushroom lasagna, the pomodoro chicken and the really nice box lunches with the pork wrap. I use Miraglia at least twice a month, and I never run out of options?their catalog is huge. A couple of times, I added staff, and that was great, too. I love Miraglia!

I hesitate to write this review. However, it is all I can do really to express my satisfaction with the way that Miraglia catered our wedding, but still show my displeasure with one of their staff who was our coordinator.\r \r We had great food at the wedding. And the chef/waitstaff did a superb job. However, Karen, our contact, was a nightmare. She was great in getting our business. But once we signed the contract, it was nothing but headaches interacting with her. Her first answer is always ""no"", instead of ""we will try"". She yelled at the mother of the bride on the day of the wedding, and was extremely rude to the best man and the on site wedding coordinators that we had helping us on our big day.\r \r The requests that we were making were completely reasonable, but her attitude, to say the least, was deplorable.\r \r If it were not for her I would give this a 4-5 star rating and recommend them for any event. However, if it means having to put up with her, then stay away.
