I brought my hp all in one to A-Plus last week I told them I needed it right away and to fix whatever was wrong with it, Well they had me up and running The same day! They had the parts I needed in stock and the price was fair! The staff was very professional and helpful they even carried to my car. I would recommend A plus to anyone who needs to repair their printer.

My office runs on communication. Communication with my team, my patients, and my other colleagues. So when a printer Broke down and I needed to get the printer fixed, I got a little haywire. I went to the retail stores and even though printers might be cheap, ink is crazy expensive. So before I upgraded, I figured, I'd give this place a call. Omar was my knight in shining armor. He fixed my printer and actually gave me options to SAVE money. I am so happy with his service, the turn around time and the fact that he came to the office to look and pick up the computer. I didn't have to drive anywhere. I'll definitely call this place again for any printer repair needs.

I recently had two HP laserjet printers repaired. Both are working perfectly. It took only a couple of days turn around. Great job guys.

Sent them an email on 8/6 about problems with my copier, got a call back within an hour and got my copier fixed that same day! The cost was so much less then I thought. You got a customer for life, A Plus Printer services.

Took my Epson printer to A Plus for service, the gentlemen there were helpful, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They had my printer fixed in just a few days, the charge was very reasonable and they were very personable. Learned they fix much more than just printers, they service all kinds of office machines and their location is very convenient for me. Should the need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my office equipment to A Plus and will refer my friends and business acquaintances to them as well.

I always come back here, because they are local and they do excellent job every time. I'm not computer savvy so having local repair shop and they are very helpful and always explain things in language I can understand. I highly recommend them for printer or computer repair!

Took my printer here which was having multiple issues they fixed it for a fair price and I received it back immaculate, It works perfect and is very clean. They were pretty fast I told them I needed it right away and they got it done in one day. I have known and done business with A-Plus Printer Services for close to twenty years absent of any disappointment. In the old days, I was given best counsel and repair for my inkjet printers, and the best prices on cartridges. When refillable cartridges were introduces it was A-Plus who saved me money by encouraging the use of this new technology. And, so it has been with our use of the laser printers.

I came here to service an older printer of mine and I was quite impressed with their customer service. I was served immediatley when I walked I was given a lot of information about the options available for either servicing or replacing my printer. The associate was honest and courteous. I don't know much about printers and he took the time to explain to me exactly what was done and in the future simple steps I could take in order to repair the printer on my own. I am thoroughly impressed with their service and I would definitely come back again.
