Tuttle-Click's Capistrano Ford

I had a scary problem with my transmission the other night - stopped working on the freeway at speed!! - and when I called Tuttle Click service Luis was super responsive and helpful. I ended up leaving the car overnight and was surprised to get a call at 10am the next morning from Luis telling me the car was fixed and ready to go. Way to go Tuttle Click Ford Service team.

My Crown Victoria ran rough, sputtering up hills and stalling down hills and at stop lights. On Monday I took it into Capistrano Ford. Tuesday they said the didn't have the parts but estimated the work at $1373.99. Wednesday they got the part but said the part it fit into needed replacing and they didn't have that part. Thursday the work still wasn't done. Friday night I pick up my car, The bill was $1473.69. The car now stalls at stop lights and sputters going up hills.

Bobby walked up to me as I exited my car, gave me a test drive of their Mustang GT down to Tuttle Clicks other facility in San Capo as they didn't carry a GT convertible at the time in Irvine. After I had bought my car was when I realized how happy I am for buying the car from this guy. He gives me top notch service everytime I swing by and washed my car today for free eventhough it wasn't that dirty. If you are considering a Ford, I can highly recommend this place. Of course, as far a I'm considered, I bought it from Bobby not from Tuttle Click :-) I can't speak for his colleagues but I assume the place demands a certain level of professionalism.
