Do not do business with this store.



I opened up a P.O. Box with them over about 9 months ago for a 6 month term. Around November when my term was up one of the associates (Christine I believe) gave me a call to remind me I would need to renew my box. I told them at that time I did not want to renew as I was using the box for a business and that business was now closed. They said that was fine but I had until the next day if I changed my mind.



I did not change my mind but continued to receive calls from them regarding the box. I figured they wanted me to renew so I didn't field the calls. My girlfriend, who is also an account holder on the box, spoke with them and they gave her no information as to why they were calling. I figured the box was closed out as I had some mail sent to the box afterwards and was returned to me undeliverable.



Fast forward to February: I get a call from the same associate. She said they needed my key and there were late fees on the box from December, January, and February. This information would have been nice in November when I said I was not going to renew. She denied talking to me in November (great customer service...) and that I would have to come in to drop off the key and pay the late charges. I told her I wouldn't pay any late charges since I told you over the phone I wasn't going to renew. Repeat this back and forth a few more times and she said her manager was going to call me the next day.



I thought the associate was rude, but this manager takes the cake. She immediately denies the store ever called me back in November and that they sent me numerous notices and calls. I received one email in November, which is when I spoke to them over the phone. My girlfriend (another account holder) spoke to them over the phone thereafter and they gave her no information about why they were calling. Next she THREATENS TO TAKE ME TO COLLECTIONS.



Very unprofessional location. The two ladies (associate and manager) working the P.O. Boxes are rude.



Signing up was easy, but of course, when they're taking your money. However, there was a guy that helped me there on another occasion and he seemed pretty cool. That's about the only positive aspect I could see.
