        Smog Hut offers Smog Check and Emissions Testing services in the Greater San Jose area. We are a STAR Smog Check Station and are certified inspect all vehicles, including Out of State, Star Certified, Change of Ownership, or DMV Directed. Our San Jose smog check station is conveniently located close to the San Jose Airport, with easy access from three major bay area freeways 101, 880, and 87. We are also in close proximity to the city of Santa Clara. Our goal is to provide quick and reliable service to our customers.         Overall

        The tech was excellent. My car failed due to the monitors not being ready. So he told me to drive around on the freeway and to do some street miles as well, then come back. He gave me a free rest and the car passed with no problem.
