Sleep Well Medical Clinic

The initial sleep test study went fine and the tech was very nice and accommodating. Scheduling was not an issue. However trying to schedule follow-up appointment to review my results is horrible. After waiting 2 weeks,I finally called to check when my results would be ready. The receptionist told me they weren't ready and that I would be contacted later. Another week went by and still no update or ETA. Called again and was told results still not ready and sometimes take a month to come back. WHAT?? Finally over a month after my test, I was able to make an appointment to review the results but the soonest time I can get is now 3 weeks out. By the time 3 weeks comes around, I have other work meetings that have come up on my schedule and I have to reschedule. Next available slot is now 2 more weeks out. My only question is how many hours does this Dr. work per week and why can't the results be emailed or sent if their schedule is this impacted? My brother-in-law did a study at another center and got his results back within a few days. I'm thinking I could do the same and still have my results back before I even get my next appointment with these guys.
