        I had a very unfortunate experience 11/26 at approximately 7:00 pm in Campbell . The driver was very courteous, however, his partner was argumentative, confrontational, and condescending calling me "dear" in a hostile manner repeatedly never using my name. In acute pain, I was in a very vulnerable position and my only hope is that others in crises Will not share this experience.

        I was taken to the hospital after a fall. I had a smooth and comfortable ride to the Hospital and arrived there fast. The EMS staff was very professional, very courteous, very respectful although my injury is not life-threatening. Special call out to Jason and Brian for their wonderful bedside manners. Thank you very much.
