Pediatric Gastroenterology-Los Gatos

Dr. Dahlstorm is an OK doctor. On our visits we didn't find him very detail oriented. He finished both the appointments that we had in a haste and in both the case even forgot to give us the prescription. He is never on time. Both the times when we were out there he was running late by 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. The doctors office has a policy where they charge patients $50 if they show up late by 20 - 30 minutes or are a no show. But they don't feel shameful a bit about holding up patients.



The front desk staff is plain rude. Never helpful. Always bitchy and difficult to work with. I can't believe that such people even find jobs.



I say stay away and make it worth while somewhere else.
