- For more than four decades, Payless Hardware, Rockery, and Nursery has been a trusted source of high quality materials for the trades and the general public. Due to our commitment to our customers, our company has grown exponentially since our establishment. We now offer one of the largest & most complete inventories in the area. Our services include: Hardware, Building Material & Rockery, Nursery. We feature a full service ACE Hardware store that has painting, plumbing, and electrical departments, and BBQ section, as well as specialty tools and supplies for masons, tile setters, concrete, and plastering contractors. This is all in conjunction with an array of seasonal and unique items found throughout our store. Our rockery department boasts a huge selection of bulk items including: Gravels Boulders Soil blends Composts Natural flagstones from around the world. Our building materials department (which is listed as County Building Materials on the commercial end) consists of many types of bricks, pavers, concrete blocks, concrete and plastering mixes, stepping-stones, cultured stone, lumber, glass block, basic roofing and plastering materials, as well as U-Haul Concrete. We added a full nursery to our store in 1992 and it now features a multitude of fruit trees, Japanese maples, ground covers, houseplants, pottery, statuary, vegetables, roses, and much more. While it is difficult to list every product we offer, we continually update and expand all categories on our website to help you learn more about what we offer, as well as what products have been added to our ever-changing lineup. I've been looking for a location with good selection of fruit trees, shrubs & lawn. They have many to choose from. I found the lemon, apple & peach trees and the blueberry bush types I was looking for. The lawn SOD choices are great and again, many to see and choose from.
From lots of knowledge & great customer service, this location is very good. I just wish I didn't have to drive 8 miles go get there, but I will.
They have everything you could possibly think of for the home and garden. The service rep was very, very knowledgeable and knew where everything was. I highly recommend shopping here.
