Extremely unprofessional!!! Stay away from this place. Low price is nothing when you realize that your skin was divine before you get there. I asked to give me money back for this awful service and she say don't even step up on my threshold! Olga has nothing in common with cosmetology AT ALL!!! She might be good massage specialist. I don't know. But believe me. 1. The steamer for opening pores - really??? Are we in the stone age? I need to start to be careful right after I saw it!\ 2. 15 minuts facial massage was nice - but I paid for acne treatment - and do not want a message. I just don't want it as much as professional cleaning my pores. 3. She trust her vision so much - so she even work in darkness without magnifier!!! How she could even potentially make acne treatment good - if she do not use a magnifier??? 4. My hair become greasy after treatment - specifically because she apply everything on my hair as well. And I told her I would need to get back to work after treatment. So not only my face but also hair was looked awful. I looked like a homeless without ability to wash my hear. She spread mask and lotion far away from my face to the hair. 5. It is not all, guys! I use to do acne treatment in Russia and luckily I know what is professional hands and I am able to feel when it is not. Good cosmetologist would never allow to slide off extraction instruments from skin spot. Because the way she did it - she could hurt my eye or who knows what else!!! 6. She used some sort of scrub which today cosmetologist would never use because the harm of using it much better than benefits. This scrub just irritated your skin and make micro scratches. Normally in Russian I use to have acid lotion which remove/ melt dead skin. 7. Olga did a ultraviolet lamp on me in order to kill bacteria. When I talk her that ultraviolet is the same a sunbathing - she said oh NO it is not. And what I discovered when I sit down to my car - pigment stop above my mouth - which I didn't had. I told her that sun causes pigment spots on the skin! 8. What am I talking about, if she applied FACIAL FOUNDATION right after pore cleansing - CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!!! I was shocked! It is like do not do any acne facial and it would be even better, because she filled my pores with dark shade facial foundation which will break me out next day. Stay home - be safe and never go to Olgatouch!
