Business History

Established in 1972. Interior Plant Design was founded over 40 years ago in the heart of the burgeoning Silicon Valley. It began as a genuine "mom and pop" operation, providing indoor tropical plants to banks and small businesses around the South Bay. In the last 40 years IPD has provided long-term plant rentals to some of the most vital businesses in Silicon Valley, including Hewlett-Packard, Apple and IBM. Our short term event business has branched out to include Christmas and holiday scenes for businesses, and any special event.
