Before I start, if you "really" need BK services then Mr. Boone is capable of providing this service. However, for me that was not the case. It's been 6 years and this is my "most regrettable decision" of all my life. I age 68 and retired, I put my trust in the professionals, ie, lawyers because don't you know they are the ''experts'' in the legal jargon most certainly.
I will summarize as best I can. My bank of 25 years refused to refinance my loan for a lower payment/I was to old to pay my debts off. So I decided that BK would be a solution, wrong. It turned out I would only be saving $10K bank loan, and still pay my mortgage and car payment (the bulk of my debts at the same bank).I told Mr. Boone this and he assured that it would all turn out ok. So, I put my trust in his "expertise", my big mistake. I believe he knew darn well what he was presenting to me in his ''shyster'' manner, while preying on an "ignorant" older female. BK, follow you the rest of your life. Being older I guess is the saving grace so only a few more years.

You should really give David Boone a call today to get any of your legal issues sorted. I was in a real fix some time back and that's when I approached him to help me sort the 'Real Estate' thing.

Know the law before you make any moves. David Boone helped me out when I needed it the most. He stopped the creditors which gave me an opportunity to get back on my feet again. I highly recommend him if you ever find ourself in the same situation.
