        Furniture tech nightmare!!

        Ed is a joke. Avoid his services at all cost!



        He dragged me along for 3 months and never fixed my couch.



        Ashley furniture contracted them to repair my couch under warranty and it has been a horrible experience.

        My couch broke at the end of April and after it was turned over to the "local repair dealer" I wait two weeks to hear from him.

        After I described the problem he told me that he will order the parts.



        6 weeks!! later the parts arrived at my door and it took another MONTH for Ed to get back to me to schedule an appointment.

        And by schedule he just gave me the ONLY date and time available. Wednesday between 11-4. I cannot wait around for months for some shop to play with my time.



        It's been three months since we contracted him and still nothing.



        His response when you call was basically "oh well".



        Avoid at all cost.
