Community Solutions, founded in 1972, is a human services organization that offers a variety of welfare services. It provides a variety of prevention, intervention, treatment, residential and housing services to the communities of South San Jose and South Santa Clara and San Benito counties in California. The organization also offers 24-hour crisis intervention, confidential shelter and support, school and community counseling, legal advocacy, education and housing assistance services. Its mental health care services include outpatient individual, family and group therapies, case management and medication support. The organization receives support from a range of local, state and federal government agencies, private foundations and contributions. Community Solutions maintains a location in Gilroy, Calif.
