        Overall

        There was a loud noise if drove above 40 miles speed which my suspected be a transmission problem. I took my car for a diagnose at Almaden Transmission shop at 4238 Monterey Road, San Jose. I informed them that I already replaced two front wheel bearings a week ago. After diagnosed, Patrick told me that his mechanic found a problem and the cost of fixing the front right axle bearing $290. I agreed to fix my car.

        I picked up my car to work and reported a loud noise still exists. I called and talked to Patrick about their fixed and a loud noise not even reduced or go away. Patrick replied that is a way of his shop doing things. Then, he hung up on me. It's rude and not much of customer expectation for satisfaction.



        Then, I called back on Wednesday and talked with Alex (a Technician guy who worked on my car). He scheduled me on Friday at noon. When I came on Friday, he was not there and left for the day. There was no follow up or call on the loud noise still existing on my car. Not recommend this place to any car owner out there with their services!

        It only takes good reviews and removed bad reviews. I tried to post 1 star review. It's never posted on.

        My mistake was not to read 20 Yelp reviews only 1 to 3 stars on their services from June 2010 - June 2014, I should have done that before brought my car to fix there! Extremely Really bad 19 bad out of 20 posted!
