I've had pho all over the bay area (sf, sj, oakland, fremont; basically you name it and i've eaten pho there) and hands down, this place serves the BEST pho (it's not called a #1 but rather a #19). i actually found this place on accident. i go to school in the tenderloin area and so i've had numerous opportunities to eat pho around here and this place destroys the competition. AND THAT'S SAYING SOMETHING BECAUSE THE AREA IS CALLED "LITTLE SAIGON." i used to eat at pho 2000 (about a block away) UNTIL i found them ky. for less than $7, you get the largest bowl of pho (well, ignoring the pho garden challenge). you owe it to yourself to check this place out and give it a try. i eat here once a week! the soup is really hot and really flavorful!!!!!!!!!!!!
