Most impressed with the service I got after the sale. I lost weight for wedding and my ring became really loose. The deisgner would not resize for me without charging me $200, so the jeweler on staff at Steve Padis took care of it perfectly for me and they did not charge me! I appreciate them standing by their promise to help me maintain my ring for life.
