Pacific Park Management is an innovative, emerging regional leader of parking services in the San Francisco Bay Area. We operate a variety of facilities for, and provide services to San Francisco International Airport, The Department of Parking and Traffic of San Francisco, and The Port Authority of San Francisco. We operate these facilities under management contract, lease, and profit sharing arrangements. The facilities that we manage range from single location surface lots to complex multi-level indoor/outdoor facilities such as SFO International Airport's Employee Parking. The company oversees all the daily functions of managing a parking facility including supervision of staff, collection of monies, security, janitorial, maintenance and other services. We also provide numerous parking related services to our clients including: Founded in 1995, Pacific Park Management brought together a management team passionate about parking facilities led by Behailu Mekbib and Sam Tadesse. With over thirty years combined experience between them, both men have worked in every capacity of the parking business from valet attendant to facility and operation manager. Both Mr. Tadesse and Mr. Mekbib have experience at larger parking corporations, holding increasing roles of responsibility prior to founding Pacific Park Management. The founders created the company with a belief that the parking industry would greatly benefit from innovative approaches and a customer centric focus. Today, the company's innovation and passion for parking management and services has allowed it to emerge as a prominent leader in the San Francisco Bay Area. The company is continually improving operations as well as designing and implementing innovative programs. The result of our hard work is the continued trust that our customers place in our company.
