M & J House Cleaning

Terrible service, no English, not able to locate address, not honest.

I called to schedule an appointment and spent 30 min spelling my address, no results, so I texted my address, after that he found it and I was told that they can come on Thursday, Oct 29, so I asked for 5 min to check my calendar and when I agreed, he said it is too late, we already booked for this date as well, next available time is Dec 21st only. I would not trust them at all. will contact living social to get my money back

Made an appointment for my home to get cleaned. They called from across town at the wrong address - I made a point when making the appointment to specify that I was on Sanches Street in the Presidio NOT Sanchez in the Mission. We rescheduled for the next day, and my roommate stayed home from work to greet the cleaners..who NEVER showed up. Three calls to the business went unanswered. Such a waste of time.

I would recommend this tram to everyone I know that needs something clean. You guys are wonderful because you have a great attitude about your work.

I made an appointment with this company. They never call me to confirm that they r coming or not and they just never show up!! Horrible service!!

We switched to M & J because our former house cleaning service was not doing the best job. I have been very impressed with their attention to detail and over the top cleaning I highly recommend M&J House cleaning to anyone who needs a regular house cleaning service. Far superior to all of the chain based services we have tried.
