Our forklift was off the dock. I called 3 companies including Golden Gate Tow. One quoted an outrageous price, one was "extremely busy", and Golden Gate Tow quoted a very reasonable cost. Within 15 minutes, they got here and got my forklift back on the dock.

My blazer broke down and Golden Gate Towing came out and picked it up and were very friendly. There were no hassles and treated my SUV like it was one of their own. Thank you Golden Gate. Your team rocks!

There people are amazing on promptness. I had never done business with someone that tells me a time and actually shows up on time. They towed me from the San Jose Area and brought me home in San Francisco. The price was very fair, after I called a few places I decided to use them. I am very satisfied with the service, and then they came back the following week to junk the car and gave me $300.00. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Super fast service! These guys are great. I broke down in Oakland I called them at 9pm and they showed up 20 minutes later with a brand new flatbed tow truck. I couldn't believe it. I spoke with the owner directly and the price quote over the phone was what I paid, no games, and fair prices and they provide lockout service too, thanks again.

Good people, great price!!! I still can't believe how reliable of a tow truck company these people operate. I broke down in Berkley today with my piece of crap car again and called for a flatbed tow truck to get me and bring my car back home. I decided to use Golden Gate because of their great reviews, and I was not disappointed at all. Fast friendly service!! I kept their number in my phone, hopefully I won't need them again, but you never know.....

I never thought I would say something nice about a towing company but this one deserves some serious praise. I had thought I had a dead battery, but when I tried to jump it, my car still didn't start. I called the guys at Golden Gate to tow my car to my shop. When help arrived, they bet me they could get my car jumped, and they did! What a relief.

I had ran into the bank to drop off a few things, when I came back out I had realized my keys were sitting in the drivers seat. With a thousand more errands to run, I asked the bank to call a tow truck for me. You guys showed up so fast, it blew me away. You were able to get right in so I could finish out my day. Last week after work I had realized that I had unfortunately left my lights on all day. I had left work that day late so there was no one around to give me a jump. I called Golden Gate Towing to give me a jump start, it was starting to get dark and I was beginning to get nervous. Luckily they showed up in no time, tops maybe 10 or 15 min. I couldn't believe it, I can't thank you guys enough.

What professional goes the extra mile to make what would otherwise totally suck (break down needing a tow) not suck quite so bad. I can't say enough good things, if you need a tow truck this is the place to call.

Very professional, reliable towing company. My car died on me at work and through a friend at work I was given Golden Gate Towing. When I called the phone representative informed me some one would be out in about 20 minutes. Within 15 the tow truck was in my job parking lot ready to tow my car to the nearest shop for a new battery. That was truly 5 star customer service.
