History Established in 2004. Fugnai Construction Corp (foo naii) is a small construction company located in San Francisco, California. Established April 15, 2004 and owned by Zi Ran Lei, the construction company has more than 10 years of experience in the SF Bay Area. The company is certified and licensed under the Department of Consumer Affairs: Contractors State License Board as a general contractor with a license #1002547. Business Owner: Zi Ran Lei is the sole proprietor and owner of the company and is a licensed general builder and contractor. Lei has been a construction worker for over 25 years ever since 1989 and before owning his own construction company. He does all kinds of construction and contractor work including remodeling and renovations. Lei is Chinese and can read, speak, and write Chinese fluently (Cantonese and Mandarin). He can communicate and understand in simple English well.
