Walmart

This is a nice walmart except for two cust service reps named maria and miguel. Very RIDE!! miguel doesn't even look you in the eye to talk to you, (shady i say..) Very RACIST as well. he was given me stupid info that he didnt take time to see if it had changed and maria didnt check out either. otherwise EVERYBODY ELSE is friendly and nice. customer service can be long lines and frustrating, but most of the people with common courtesy know how to make you feel worth it.

GOOD SERVICE, FAIR PRICES, GOOD SELECTION OF PRODUCTS.

On 8-13-08, I called in to Electronics at the Murphy Canyon Rd. Store. I was interested in purchasing two "throw away" phones or pre paid phones. I had no idea of what kind they were, how much they cost even really what all the functions were that these phones provide. All I knew that between my kids my phone bills run between 200.00 and 285.00 monthly!



Gabriel came to the phone was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly but most of all PATIENT with me. I made sure I came after his scheduled lunch and asked for him.. and I was all set with my new phones.



Thank you very much for such valuable employees that know their stuff and take their time with customers...
