I met this doctor on a visit to the urgent care office in Kearny Mesa; the first thing he says to me is, "Why couldn't your primary doctor see you? Why did she send you here?" He was rude and degrading rather than comforting or caring. I heard him bark the same words to another patient when she walked in. I also witnessed him turn a crippled man away by saying, "We can't help you here, sir. You need to go somewhere else." The poor man was scared and concerned because his back was bleeding!! Whether or not the man was in the wrong place or not, there is a humane way to communicate with others, and this doctor certainly doesn't know it. I came in with Shingles and was nervous because I'm pregnant, and when this doctor met with me, he made me feel dirty and contagious rather than calm and concerned...he acted as if I intended to infect others who could be at risk or something...He answered none of my questions and was no help at all. Avoid this doctor if you can. He's miserable.
