The owner is very hard to work with. When we first came in to ask her about rental rates and to get ideas on what to rent etc. As much as i understand she been doing 'millions' of weddings or whatever, she really have to stop telling the customer what they should or shouldn't' rent. Its our wedding and money, wth. I would be pointing out something i want she would say NO this, and You SHOULD do this or rent these. What the heck? I got to a point where i really wanted to go somewhere else because she was pretty much planning everything we rented for her wedding instead of what we wanted.



Service is so bad, once she feel you not going to rent a lot of stuff (hence no $$), and another customer comes in it's like i'm helping this person...and leave you pretty much hanging. I would never ever recommend this store, they are rude and think they some kind of top notch number one in San Diego..Please!
