        SCAMMERS - FALSE ADVERTISING

        Not only will they charge you nearly $80 for oil change and car wash but they will not honor the advertised gas discount after receiving such service. I tried patiently to address this directly with the owner and he was very dismissive and ignorant. He would not honor the advertising and just became extremely rude with me.



        BUYER BEWARE - THIS IS SERVICE CENTER HAS A LONG HISTORY OF SCAMS (refer to Yahoo reviews).

        The place is a good place to go and driving from the Ranch doesn't take much time at all, but none of the people can communicate with you. If you have a question you are bounced from person to person to person until the owner eventually comes to your car. BEWARE as well if you have mats that button on the front seats (or the back), but the FIRST time I took a month old Mercedes to this place they broke the floor mat on the drivers side. Did they care? Nope. Very sad, but they're typically good, but they are too involved in selling books of washes to worry about getting the customers who are already there finished.



        Still, the 2 is my last experience where a 4 is where it normally is.
