Have taken my lab to Dr Carhart was great till now ! Will have to be putting my best friend down soon and have had her on meds. for the last year ! They are not letting me have any more of them with out a office vist . They know she doesn't have long till she's Gone ! Compassion don't think so they just want more Money ! Cost way to much!

Dr. Carhart was always so good to us when we took our animals to him while in San Diego. He is full of compassion and truly cares about his patients and his patients parents! He also helped us over the telephone long distance after we moved to the Temecula area. On several occasions when we were in a medical emergency having to make gut wrenching decisions with our cat who had cancer (we were devastated). We wanted Dr. Carhart's opinion on what the vet here told us as we were trying everything we could to save her life. Dr. Carhart was so calming and explained about that type of cancer, read over her reports we faxed to him to see if there was anything he could do. Just the fact that he called and talked to us for an hour at a time was so loving and compassionate of him. And, he did not even charge us!!! He is a true blessing and if we still lived in San Diego, he would be our vet without question. May God continue to bless you and your practice, Dr. Carhart!!! P. S. Our baby girl Midge Joy, only 8 years old, went to Heaven December 30, 2006; we will see her healed and whole when we get there and then we will indeed have eternity together with all of our other precious animals God loves and has so richly blessed us with, FOREVER!
