Scripps Family & Cosmetic Dentistry

I went to Dr. Tourian for an emergency visit. I was in so much pain and I had not been to the dentist in years (the number of years is too embarrasing to say!) I was so scared to even pick up the phone and call, let alone go in, but I was having such a bad toothache I had no choice, plus I was scared about cost (I don't have insurance). When I called the girl who answered the phone was so warm and caring, she accomodated me and got me in right away. When I got to the office it was really nice inside and very modern. It had more of a home feel than a dental office feel...when I met Dr. Tourian he was so nice and genuine. He had this cool camera that showed my tooth up close on the screen for me so that I could see what he was seeing...he was so kind and he explained EVERYTHING. I immidiately felt at ease and a little more comfortable. They had a payment plan without interest that I signed up for. They put some sort of berry flavored gel or something that made me numb, so when I got the dreaded shot, I did not even feel it!
