This dealership is by far the best place I have ever bought a car. They worked with me on my time and never even tried to sell me the wrong car for the wrong price. Test drove many vehicles and finally found my dream BMW. Salesmen were amazing and did a better job than any high end dealerships. Even their service crew and mechanics are extremely good and treat your vehicle as if their own and wont charge you an arm and a leg. These people get it, Alex and Raul are definitely doing a good job there. Highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family and everyone in between. Don't wait make this your first stop!!!

I am so happy with the Family touch from Eddie and Alejandro at Santa Fe Auto group. There was no pressure and they were fully knowledgeable on our BMW we purchased as well as the entire inventory.They were very helpful and down to earth! the customer service here is amazing!! Weve purchased many new cars but this was our first used. We were skeptical but wouldnt think twice on buying our 19yr old daughter her first car! (our 2nd) From Santa Fe Auto group! They offered us many extras including a 5yr 100,000 mile warranty for a super low cost! IMy wife and i were so pleased with them we have already reffered 2 of our family members! I found this auto dealership through auto trader. My experience with this company was very pleasant. I have been looking for a car for a month and by far this dealership exceeded my expectations. They were very helpful in working with me on my trade in. I was not low balled at all which definitely helped my decision in deciding to buy a car from them. This dealership has management and sales people that know how to put you in the car you want. They have excellent financing and will work with you to make a deal. Ask for Eddie or Alejandro and they will go out of their way to find the car you want and need. The selection of cars is outstanding and if they don't have what you want on the lot, Alejandro will search auctions and other dealers to find the one you want.

Excellent service and fair prices. I have gotten 3 cars from here and the service doesn't stop after you get your car, you can always call when something is wrong with your car and Alejandro will help you get the best deal. For example, my daughter's car window got broken and I called all around to get a replacement, very expensive. I called Alejandro and asked him if he knew somewhere and I got a way better price where he sent me!! Going back to him to get my current loan refinanced!

I bought a BMW last week and I had a great experience with Raul the manager. My credit was not good and i had gone to different places before and none could help me. At this dealer I was able to get a fare rate and the car i wanted. The car is in great shape and I was able to negotiate the price
