San Diego Crawler Party Buses

Booked for a 40th bday brew tour, good communication and service from start to finish. Will definitely use these guys again.

Called 10 different companies for a bday event, the Crawler party bus gave the best rate and worked with us the entire time. Will definitely use again.

I took the Crawler party bus for a brew tour from San Diego to Vista and it was perfect. Our driver was super cool and attentive, and gave us good advice on which breweries were good. Very cool bus, great service, can't wait to go again.

We reserved a bus for an evening out in Del Mar and La Jolla to celebrate a 39th b-day. Upon him picking us up from our home, the driver began to complain that he had to drive us because others called in sick. From the get go, it was apparent to us that he did not want to be there. Please note, that upon his arrival, we didn't get a call or a knock on our door - he let the babysitter know as she was on her way in that he arrived.



It took him an additional 20 minutes or so, to stop texting and then program his GPS before we could even pull out. Once we arrived at our first stop, we had to dump all open beverages, because the bus was not equipped with cup holders (or a cooler for that matter). In addition, the driver took it upon himself to tell a member of our party that he has a sixth sense about things and were already too wild. This after a 25 minute ride from Scripps Ranch to Del Mar - we were only on our first round of cocktails for the evening and I assumed that when on a 'party bus' as described in their own ad, its supposed to be fun! We were a group of working professionals, not some unruly bunch of teenagers.



After being picked up from Del Mar, the next stop was a place in La Jolla. The driver completely ignored us and didn't acknowledge anyone, while we got on to the bus or as we were dropped off. After spending about 2 hours there, we made one final stop less than 3 miles from our home.



At the final stop, the door man asked for us because the driver was 'visibly agitated' and wanted us to get going. We get on the bus to travel back home at about 12:45. Mind you, we have the bus until 1AM and were 5 minutes, if that from our home. The driver decides to pull over and proceeds to berate all of us, stating we are acting like a bunch of college kids, and that we need to get off. He then began yelling at us that the bus was a 'mess'. When we asked him to show us, he complained that water was spilled. We reminded him that it is a moving vehicle and perhaps if there had been cup holders on the bus, nothing would have spilled. All this FIVE minutes from our house! While we had been drinking, nothing was damaged, no one threw up, no one was behaving out of control, there was absolutely nothing that provoked such an irrational response. If I am not mistaken, people rent 'party buses' to have a good time.



While this company may save you a few bucks, its not worth it to be treated this way!
