        Things You Should Know About Park and Go

        Our San Francisco flight got in around midnight. We were exhausted. We called Park and Go for a shuttle to the lot. No one answered. We tried five more times. No response. We waited. Finally someone answered. No apologies given. No compensation. This was not good.

        We booked a Carnival Cruise and decided to use the Park and Go. Everything was fine until we returned five days later. The whole driver's side of the car had been keyed and there was a large dent next to the gas filler door! The attitude of the attendant was "Read the back of your ticket! We are not responsible!" She is right of course, but from a customer service perspective I would think there are forms or reports to fill out or Police Report or maybe video tape review but NO. Any savings on parking was insignificant compared to cost of the repairs! I will look for a more secure lot next time.
