I am sorry to hear of your bad experience. Usually we do have a cancellation policy to allow others who are trying to get an appointment access to the clinic. Many people that are in pain are waiting to see someone and always ask to give them a call as soon as we get a cancellation. Our policy is very soft and if someone has a legitimate reason we are always happy to reschedule. Unfortunately sometimes people do not think of others who are waiting for an appointment. Most offices have an assistant helping the physicians but always if a patient has a request to see the physician, we always take into consideration what the patient needs. Again we are sorry for the experience but our office manager who has been with our clinic for over 13 years would address this directly and promptly if she would have been notified.

Do NOT give this place a time of day!! If I had the option I wouldnt even give one star to this place, for sure a NEGATIVE ONE THOUGH...Dont let there fake smiles & kindness fool you its only done when ur a new patient then after ur treated like cattle. This Dr cant seem to keep an assistant, everytime I had a check up there was someone new and it was very rare to even be seen by the Dr I hired to help me and my well being NOT all these different assistants. Oh and dont miss a few appts and not call when you have legitimate reasons why the calls werent made 24hrs in advance. Dr Moon will dispose you like your a piece of S@*t. The coward had one of his receptionists call me and cancelled my appt I scheduled for next week, that broke the camels back for me...I can keep going on and on how poorly I was treated and how unprofessional this Dr and facility is. I just highly suggest don't even consider waisting ur time with this place. There are pain specialists out there that do there job and treat there patients like human beings and do NOT treat them like cattle and then depose them like trash.
